Portfolio

Always building.

Our main job is guidance. We also build all the time, and that is how we know what things really cost. Here is the client work, our own products and what we are working on now.

Client and family work

  • Live client site

    Swinging C Diesel

Website for a mobile diesel mechanic in Utah.

We built the website for a mobile diesel repair business that comes to the customer. It explains each service, shows a map of the Utah counties they cover, and makes it one tap to call or send a message.

    • Service-area map
    • Tap-to-call
    • Contact form
    • 24/7 roadside info
  • Live client site

Circle C Bar Horses & Training

Website for a horse training barn in Moroni, Utah.

We built the website for a family-run horse training barn. It lays out what they train, their approach, their story and common questions, and lets an owner call or ask for a visit. We also set it up so search engines and AI assistants can read the business facts.

    • Training services
    • Visit request
    • FAQs
    • Search-ready
  • Home page of the Mamá Manaba website, with the headline “A taste of Manabí, made fresh at home” next to a plate being dressed with sauce.

    Family project

    Mamá Manaba

Ordering site for a family-run Ecuadorian home kitchen.

We built the site where customers pre-order Saturday plates for pickup or dine-in. The menu changes weekly, plate counts update as orders come in, and ordering opens when the owners publish the week’s menu from their own private dashboard. It is in English and Spanish.

  • Home page of the Picking Up The Pieces blog, with the headline “Find beauty in every chapter” beside a photo of orange poppies.

    Family project

    Picking Up The Pieces

A blog about girlhood, motherhood and womanhood.

We built a calm, blog-first site for a family member’s writing. It has a journal of posts, an about page and a link to their Instagram, and new posts are easy to add.

    • Journal
    • About page
    • Instagram link

Our own products

  • Landing page of the PFP Client Portal, with the headline “Your whole operation. One dashboard.” and a sign-in button.

    Our own product

    PFP Client Portal

One sign-in where a small service business runs its week.

We are building one dashboard for small service businesses: leads, clients, calendar and reports in one place. It has extra tools shaped for the trade: horse care and board billing for a barn, jobs and parts for a diesel shop, material takeoffs for a foundation contractor. It sits behind a sign-in, so there is no public demo.

    • Behind a sign-in
    • Built per trade
    • Leads and calendar
    • Plain-English reports
  • Home page of the EcoToken website, with the headline “Every prompt, optimized. Every dollar, accounted for.”

    Our own product

    EcoToken

A tool that trims AI prompts and tracks the savings.

We built EcoToken for people who pay for AI by usage. It rewrites a prompt so it uses less and needs fewer follow-ups, then shows the dollars and minutes saved per project. It is live with a free tier.

    • Prompt optimizer
    • Savings tracking
    • Free tier
    • Works with major AI models
  • Our own product

    PFP Forge and Potentia

The AI system we built to run our own business.

We built our own AI system to run the business day to day. A lead agent called Potentia takes a goal in plain words, plans it, starts helper agents to do the parts side by side, and checks the result before reporting back. It keeps a memory of every project, a calendar and reminders, and watches our live sites.

    • Lead agent with helpers
    • Business memory
    • Site watchdog
    • Built in-house

We use it in-house, so there is no public page to open.

  • The Mockups showcase page, titled “What we build”, with the first three of five package sizes below it.

    Our own product

    Mockups

Our in-house tool for clickable sample websites.

We built a tool that turns a short brief about a business into a clickable sample website in its own name and colours. It shows the same business at five package sizes, from one page up to a full platform, so an owner can see the difference before deciding.

    • Clickable samples
    • Five package sizes
    • In-house tool

More we have built, and what is next

  • Home page of the Potential For Prosperity reading site, with its title, a “Begin the journey” button and the start of chapter one.

    Personal project

    Potential For Prosperity

A book of poems, journal entries and essays, online.

We moved a personal collection of writing off an old blog and rebuilt it as a reading site. You can browse the chapters freely or follow a guided journey, where each entry has its own look and a save code brings your place to another device.

    • Guided reading journeys
    • Save code
    • Free to read

  • In progress

    Hair stylist app (working title)

A client book and public profile for independent hair stylists.

We are building an app for independent stylists: a client book with visit history, colour formulas and photos, plus a public profile and a review form customers open in a browser with nothing to install. It works in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The first version is built and tested but not released.

    • Client book
    • Public profile
    • Review requests
    • Three languages

Not released yet, so there is nothing to open.

  • Home page of the Doce n’ Dulce bakery website as we built it, with the headline “The taste of home, baked by hand in Cedar Hills.”

    Past work

    Doce n’ Dulce

Website and ordering system for a family home bakery.

We built the website and ordering system for a family home bakery in Cedar Hills, Utah: a menu in English, Spanish and Portuguese, order-ahead for pickup or local delivery, and a private owner area for orders and the menu. The bakery has since wound down.

    • Three languages
    • Order-ahead
    • Delivery by distance
    • Owner dashboard

The bakery has wound down, so we no longer link to its site.

Only looking for this? We do that too.

Websites and custom tools are quoted per project, and clients on a plan get our best pricing on builds. Tell us a little about your business and we will put together a first look before you spend anything.
