I’m Ben Barnes. I build software for small businesses, whatever shape it needs to take to give you your week back. I work out of Utah and most of this happens over a call and a shared screen, so where you are matters far less than what your week looks like. Same phone number on the first call, on launch day, and the following spring when something needs changing.

An hour on a call with me. We walk your process step by step, find where the time and the leads are leaking out, and I tell you what I would fix first. You leave with a plan you can act on whether you hire me or not.

Most owners can’t tell me on the first call whether they need a new site, an automation, better SEO, or a repair to what they have. You run a business. Sorting that out is my end of the work.

Extra pages are $300 each. Blog posts are $100 each.
Booking, quoting, dashboards, client logins, and the internal tool you keep describing to people as “the spreadsheet we all share.” When the software you can buy off the shelf doesn’t fit, I build the piece that does.

Showing up when someone three miles away searches for what you sell. I set up your Google Business Profile, write the pages that earn the ranking, and fix the technical things keeping you off the first screen.

That covers setup. Monthly work after that is your call.
Updates, backups, security patches, and small edits when you need them. If something breaks on a Saturday you text me, and you are not filing a ticket into a queue.

Connecting the tools you already pay for so you stop typing the same information twice. Form submissions land in your CRM, invoices go out on schedule, and your monthly numbers arrive without you building the spreadsheet.
